All prices on the website are given in Euro and all payments must be made in Euro. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the
confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.
We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.

These terms and conditions along with our invoice and privacy policy constitute the agreement between you and us relating to the provision of goods you have offered to purchase. These conditions supersede all other proposals both aural and written.
Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase. This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.
All our postal items are sent BPOST from Brussels.
For special sizes, we will contact you personally to provide you with the price.
Payment information
We are currently working with Paypal concerning payments and they cover almost all credit/debit cards.
Elzo Durt takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. When you place an order at elzodurt.com – we ask for your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. We use this information to fulfill the order and to communicate with you about it. We do not store your credit card details.
Applicable laws
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Belgium in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.

Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully staisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

For items sent outside Europe for free delivery, due to the cost of the shipment. We cannot accept a return of products.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose the original invoice.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
